A Note to Datatrak Customers on COVID-19

Due to the recent outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are sharing with you the precautions and protocols we are taking to protect our customers and the Datatrak staff. Datatrak is committed first and foremost to the health and safety of our customers and staff. Like many institutions, we have taken precautionary steps in response to COVID-19. Please be assured that we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and state and local public health officials in the areas we serve. The goal of our efforts is to ensure we have an appropriate and effective response to the risks caused from this virus. In addition to keeping our products and services fully available to you, we are addressing the ongoing sanitation of our offices and reinforcing healthy habits for our staff. Due to the nature of our software-as-a-service, cloud-based technology, we can reassure all stakeholders that the levels of service and platform uptime, that our customers have come to expect, will be retained throughout this time of crisis. Should an outbreak or quarantine event occur with one or more of our staff members, we are fully prepared to execute remote-work procedures with a continued ability to provide services to support the Datatrak Enterprise Cloud.
