What it is like being a Project Manager at Datatrak International, Inc.

As a Project Manager for Datatrak International, each day is a new adventure. When I began onboarding with Datatrak and learned about our product’s capabilities, it was evident our company truly understood the industry and was not only willing, but able to adapt based on external forces to remain competitive in this ever-evolving market landscape.

It is gratifying to have the privilege of working with clients spanning several areas of clinical research around the globe (including those with multiple offices in different countries), requiring me to align my skillset as closely as possible with our client’s style, culture, and business requirements in order to provide superior service support. An earnest advocate for our external clients, I sincerely take pride in my work by initially establishing a foundation of positive rapport, aiming to provide a positive ‘Datatrak Experience’ for every client under my management. Problem-solving, facilitating discussions with, or overseeing the completion of tasks by internal stakeholders to provide our clients with the most cost-effective, efficient solution while also operating in accordance with each country’s respective regulations to meet their unique business needs using our platform suite of products is extremely fulfilling.

It is an exciting time to be working for Datatrak, supporting our existing offerings as well as our upcoming software releases which expand upon and embrace new functionalities – including more customizable solutions for our data-driven industry; ultimately increasing Datatrak's value proposition for our clients and prospective clients.
